Founder and Principal

Darrah DiGiorgio Johnson: Transforming Leadership, Strengthening Impact

Darrah DiGiorgio Johnson is a visionary leader and strategist with over 25 years of experience building high-performing teams, cultivating inclusive cultures, and empowering organizations, leaders, and boards. Known for her engaging and results-driven approach, Darrah is deeply committed to developing leaders who create lasting, meaningful impact.

As a former healthcare executive, Darrah led bold expansion efforts, strengthened governance practices, and built long-term organizational resilience. A trusted thought partner and transformational leader, she brings a powerful combination of strategic insight, executive coaching expertise, and a passion for helping leaders thrive.

Darrah’s leadership has been well recognized. In 2024, she was honored by the Conrad Prebys Foundation among the “Leaders in Belonging” award. Other honors have included San Diego Business Journal “CEO of the Year in Nonprofit,” (2022), “Woman of the Year” by California’s 39th Senate District (2021), and Planned Parenthood Federation of America’s CEO of the Year Ruth Green Award (2018). She holds a BA in elementary education and psychology and an MA in counseling education from the College of New Jersey. She is also currently completing a leadership coaching certification from the ACT Program at Brown University School of Professional Studies.
